to nurture the interest of girls in Science, Mathematics and Technology and help the girls develop confidence in problem solving.
to diagnose learning difficulties girls experience in the different science subjects and assist them overcome these difficulties.
to engage girls in a variety of hands-on-activities useful in understanding science concepts
to offer appropriate guidance and counselling services
to introduce young girls to the world of work in Science and Technology through education and study visits to establishments
to get women who work in Science and Technology fields to serve as mentors to the girls as they worked together.
