CALL FOR MANUSCRIPTS: Harwood Academic Press Series

Dear Folks,

I have recently been appointed editor of the Harwood Academic Press series on anthropology and history, and am slowly taking over from Nicholas Thomas, who established the series around 1990.

Anxious to earn my keep, I want to know if there are people who have projects in hand, or even MSS, that might be suitable for the series, which has now published 18 titles. These can be monographs or edited collections, and `history' and `anthropology' are interpreted with a degree of latitude.

If you have such a project in hand and want to know more about the series, please let me know. Equally, if you know of people who might be interested, you can pass this message on to them or let me know who they are.
