About H-Diplo

Established in 1993, H-Diplo has evolved from its origins as an electronic discussion list for diplomatic historians into an international, interdisciplinary network and center for diplomatic and international history, broadly defined. In addition to its core discussion network (list), H-Diplo commissions a wide array of commissioned content, including reviews, conference reports, and essays.

H-Diplo innovations include the following:

-Roundtable reviews that offer in-depth treatment of and thoughtful, scholarly debate about key works in the field of diplomatic and international history.

-Article reviews that extend to journal articles the same sort of scholarly reviews that academic book reviews provide.

Thanks for visiting H-Diplo.
