Most neighborhoods fall into a single cluster, however some are divided between clusters.
Note: "Stronghold" seems to be the most recent coining of a neighborhood name and is a triangle partly bounded by North Capitol, Michigan, and Franklin, NE.
"South Central" is a triangle bounded by Bladensburg, South Dakota and Douglas NE
