On September 24, I downloaded a notice posted on H-Albion
concerning the availability of "Populate" - a population projection
program for historians. Since then, however, I haven't been able to
track it down. I've tried contacting Robert McCaa at Minnesota who
posted the message (originally on H-Demog), but with no luck. Does
anyone know whether this program is available over the Internet, or is
it a commercial program? Moreover, has anyone ever tried it and could
it be used in undergraduate classrooms?
