There will be a special number of *ISSUE: A Journal of Opinion*
which will deal with African Universities.
Authors may discuss topics of interest to ASA members such as labour
relations, unions, student actions, government closures, the
transformation of tertiary education in South Africa, and policies
of western foundations. For that matter, any other relevant topic
might be considered.
Manuscripts should be submitted by September 15, 1995 so that the journal
may come out in January 1996. Please let the editor know if you are
planning to submit.
