I am organizing a panel for the Association for the Study of African-American Life and History 2012 Conference. The theme of the conference is the history and legacy of African-American women. I have a paper on Rev. Dr. Prathia Hall, a significant African-American Baptist preacher and SNCC activist. If you have a paper on an African-American woman minister, womanist, or an African-American woman in the civil rights movement, and would be interested in forming a panel with me, please contact me at Courtney_Lyons@baylor.edu.
