"Crafting Freedom" Summer Workshops, focusing on lives of antebellum African American businessmen and women, for K-12 educators will be offered June 22 - June 27 and July 13 - July 18 in and around Durham, North Carolina. Sponsored by the National Endowment for the Humanities, stipends cover room, board and travel expense for these 5-day residential workshops.
