The much delayed newsletter of the Harriet Tubman Resource Centre on the African Diaspora, #10 is finally out. Once more we regret the delay.

Meanwhile, we've commenced work on #11--a special edition on the International Conference on Islam and Slavery being organized by the Centre from October 24-26, 2003. The edition will also report other activities between August and November 2003 (Faculty and Students)
