The Deep South Regional Humanities Center at Tulane University announces the availability of up to 2 Doctoral Dissertation Summer Research Fellowships for candidates doing research on the Deep South in the humanities. The Deep South has been designated by the National Endowment for the Humanities as Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee. Fellowships carry a stipend of up to $3,000 for a period of up to two months.
